Every source goes into one knowledge library shared by all your agents.
Files
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, TSV, TXT and Markdown up to 25 MB. Spreadsheets become structured records the agent can search.
Websites
Crawl your site or a sitemap, up to 500 pages, synced daily or weekly, respecting robots.txt.
Answers with sources
Search by meaning and keywords together, aware of Arabic spelling variants, and every answer cites the file or page it came from.

Tools through MCP: Shopify, Calendly, Stripe and any MCP server
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI agent use tools from other software through one common interface. A vendor runs an MCP server, and Gental connects to it with OAuth or an API key, so your agent can look things up or take an action instead of guessing.
Today you can connect Shopify (catalog search, policies and FAQ, cart), Calendly, Stripe, Odoo and any remote MCP server. Tools are in beta.
Permissions are set per agent: you choose which tools each agent may use, and tools that change things (like updating a cart) stay off until you allow them. Conversation records show what was asked and which tools ran.

Website widget
One script tag, runs only on your allowed domains, with RTL or LTR set automatically.
Official WhatsApp
Through your own Twilio, Interakt or 360dialog account. Meta’s fees go to your provider with no Gental markup.
Linked number and WhatsApp groups
Link your everyday number by QR scan: it answers chats, follows the groups you choose and turns requests into leads. It’s an unofficial connection, and Meta may restrict numbers that break its policies.
API channel
Workspace API keys, a REST API with streaming (SSE) and signed webhooks, to put the agent inside your own app or systems.
Team chat
Internal agents for your staff, who verify themselves by email in the chat.

Common questions
What is MCP?
MCP is an open standard that lets AI agents use other software’s tools through one common interface. Any product with an MCP server can be connected to your Gental agent with OAuth or an API key.
Can the agent change things in my store without my permission?
No. Tools that change things stay off until you turn them on for each agent, and you choose the read-only tools, like product search, yourself.
Does Gental integrate with Salla and Zid?
Salla and Zid are on our coming-soon list. Today you can connect any store that has an MCP server, and Shopify is available in beta.
How do I connect WhatsApp to AI with Gental?
Either connect your official number through Twilio, Interakt or 360dialog, or link your everyday number by scanning a QR code. WhatsApp is included from the Starter plan.
Can I connect Gental to my own system?
Yes, through the API channel: API keys, a REST API with streaming and signed webhooks. And if your system has an MCP server, the agent can use it as a tool.
