What counts as a reply?
A reply counts when your agent answers a question from your knowledge or a connected tool, on your website, on WhatsApp or in the dashboard chat. Greetings, replies where the agent had no answer, handoffs, the playground and test runs are free.

Pricing questions
Before you choose
What happens when I reach my monthly replies?
You get an email and a dashboard notice at 80% and 100%. After that, replies come from any reply packs you have, then from a small grace allowance. If those run out too, the agent replies politely that it’s unavailable for now and points visitors to your team. It never goes silent mid-conversation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and nothing you built is deleted.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year, for less than twelve monthly payments. Switch the toggle above to Yearly to see each plan’s price.
Can I pay in riyals or dollars?
Both. Choose SAR or USD at your first payment; your workspace then stays in that currency.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You only add payment details when you upgrade.
What are reply packs?
Extra replies you can add on any paid plan when a month is busier than usual. They’re used after your included replies, and unused replies stay available for 12 months.
